Mental health is a growing issue in the world today and not enough people feel comfortable to talk about it. I help people with depression on a daily basis and have been through it myself so use the tools I have learnt to help me through mine to help you with yours too. Firstly please do not feel embarrassed or ashamed if you feel you are feeling depressed. It is an illness like any other so when you are ill you need to get help even if it’s to talk to a close friend or your doctor.
