Here is a great fitness challenge for you to try, the push-ups challenge with a difference. Give it a try and post your score in the comments below and retry it every week and see how you improve.
1. Do 1 push-up then stand up
2. Do 2 push-ups then stand up
3. Do 3 push-ups then stand up
Continue to do this for as long as you can and note your score. On my first attempt I got to 9.6 so I have given myself a target of getting passed a score of 10. Here is the video to show and explain the challenge
