Speed Skipping

Skipping is one of the best forms of cardiovascular exercise around. It is very intense and 5 minutes will feel like an hours run so you can burn a lot of calories and build your fitness by staying in the same spot. You will see from the video there are different techniques from 2 legs to single, double jumps, cross overs and all add to overall fitness and coordination. Speed ropes are also very cheap and can be found in any sports shop.
